For a simple return, please use the pre-printed return form and return label included in your parcel. If you cannot find the return label, please contact our Customer Service. Once your return has been checked and processed by our warehouse you will be notified by e-mail. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Currently, it is not possible to return the items to a Gipay Retail Store.
For orders shipped to Canada, Gipay cannot refund the original shipping costs, duties, taxes and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
For US orders you may exchange an item(s) within 30 days of receiving it. Please fill out the form enclosed in your order and send the original item(s) back to us with the exchange form filled out. Once the item(s) is received and processed we will refund your original item(s) and charge the same credit card for the new item(s). If your new item(s) is not in stock we will refund the original purchase. Please note that items purchased from a pop-up shop cannot be exchanged at the Gipay Online Store, and vice versa.
Gipay does not offer exchange services for Canadian orders. If you would like to make an exchange, simply return your current order and place a new one for the item you desire.
